Do not try to use Amiquote ever from Tools --> Auto-update quotes (AmiQuote) if you are using a cracked version of Amibroker and use an external data feed like Global Data Feeds (costlier) or AmiCharting (low cost). Coming to your concern about Amiquote, if we didn’t use it then how can we get the live data to Amibroker?? Have seen some portals they charged very less for each segment. Have preferred only Currency segment.

Also the Amiquote data from free sources is not at all reliable. Search for “amibroker live data” in google you will get many vendors who will be giving you trial for few days. Hope this will help you.
