Cyberlink Powerdvd Free Download 10

Hello, CyberLink PowerDVD 10 would not play after I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my HP Intel Core i7 based notebook, but PowerDVD 10 used to play under Windows 7 on this notebook. The Cyberlink web site offered a free update to PowerDVD 10 (along with an offer for a paid update to PowerDVD 15). However, Windows 10 would not allow the downloaded free PowerDVD 10 file, HP-CNB.HP_RiTA10_v4504_DVD120706-03_Normal.exe, to install. Upon an attempt to launch the CyberLink PowerDVD 10 free update download, Windows 10 first produced a warning pop-up saying: 'HP-CNB.HP_RiTA10_v4504_DVD120706-03_Normal.exe' is an executable file. Executable files may contain viruses or other malicious code that could harm your computer. Use caution when opening this file. Are you sure you want to launch 'HP-CNB.HP_RiTA10_v4504_DVD120706-03_Normal.exe'?'

When I clicked 'OK' to launch HP-CNB.HP_RiTA10_v4504_DVD120706-03_Normal.exe, Windows 10 produced another pop-up: 'User Account Control X This app has bee blocked for your protection. An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information contact your administrator. Program name: HP-CNB.HP_RiTA10_v4504_DVD120706-03_Normal.exe Publisher: Not trusted File origin: Hard drive on this computer. Program location: 'D: my (administrator) account name downloads HP-CNB.HP_RiTA10_v4504_DVD120706-03_Normal.exe' The thing is that my account is the only Administrator account on this computer, so I am the administrator, and I had not blocked myself from launching this file.

I'm not sure whether I have signed into Windows 10 through the Windows/Local account you mention. Install proxmox software raid 1 7. What advantages and privacy risks are involved in doing that? I do use Norton 360 internet security. I don't think that Norton is interfering with the installation of the CyberLink PowerDVD 10 update.
