AIX actually includes some Xlc filesets by default because the AIX operating system relies on them for 'internal' use. If you have the compiler installed then this is a separate licenced product that has been installed on your system.

Hi guys, I need to compile sap libraries, installed make, automake, gcc, libstc libgcc and everything I used to install on linux when compiling when i run make, it aborts with the error msg /usr/bin/sh: xlc: not found.
