Ok, I guess my issues are app related as well. If I start the phone in safe mode, bluetooth works fine. I tried deleting some possible culprits that might be causing the issue: gotomeeting, webex, skype, TomTom GPS, but no luck so far. The only remaining 3rd party apps I have are: Amazon, Avis, Craigslist, Dropbox, Etrade, Genius Scan, Good, Instagram, LastPass, Linkedin, Xfinity Acct, Netflix, Pandora, PayPal, RemoteLink Onstar (no bluetooth features as far as I can tell), ROku, OOKLA Speedtest, Chive, Xfinity TV Remote, United, Symantec VIP, Walgreens, Yelp, YT Music.
