This morning I un-paired and deleted the phone from my car and car from my phone. Re-paired and have the same issues. Confirmed that it is not LTE that is the problem. Music plays just fine through the phone speakers, no skips or pops. When playing through car via bluetooth it skips and pops, and it is much more frequent than every 2-3 minutes.
Caller tune to mobile vodafone. Deatails of caller tune how can make my own song as a caller tune? Is it possible to set up caller tune on t-mobiles samsung gravity smart, with personal sounds and without the extra (caller tune) service from t-mobil. A couple of months ago, I decided to get a 16gb SD card due to low internal storage. I'm able to get music and my pictures/videos onto the card, but for some reason, not my apps. If I were to download.
It's extremely annoying to the point that it is unusable. Not sure if I should RMA the phone or if this is a software issue.
Shiva Mohan, 8:04 น. So I've been going back and forth with google support on this issue. Actually got an exchange device and encountered the same issues (so I'm thinking its software. Although I've factory reset the device several times which is more of an indication of a hardware issue. But on two devices?
Also, in my case in addition to the popping, I'm having constant disconnections with any smartwatches I pair up). Currently waiting for the next level of support to get back to me. Just curious. What version of google play services is installed on your phone (settings -> Apps -> Google Play Services)?
Ted Vera, 8:31 น. I've found that interference from Android Wear is the main driver of skipping for me. If my watch is on and paired, skipping is unbearable. If it's powered off and the Wear app is still searching for connection, I get some skipping. The only time it's been perfect was when I could manually disconnect the watch via Android Wear.
With the last update, they took this feature away and I've experienced some minor skipping even without my watch in the car. Bottom line, the 6p (or Android 6.0) has some sort of issue with BT connectivity / interference. My Droid Turbo was flawless in the car with or without my smart watch paired.
Let's hope our issue is heard and a software update fixes this soon. Really a big blemish on such a great device. Ajskillman, 21:46 น. If I disconnect my watch via the Android Wear app, I am able to play audio to my car flawlessly. If the watch is connected, when my 6P initially connects to my car, audio will stutter indefinitely until I pause the media source on my phone, wait a few seconds, then press play again. Subsequently, if I get a notification on my watch, the audio will stutter for a few seconds.
Sometimes I will get stutters independent of notifications, though my theory is there is data being transmitted between the watch and phone during those stutters. Ted Vera, 19:35 น.
Same issue in my BMW X5. Audio drops out for 1 to 1.5 seconds every 2-3 minutes when streaming Google Play Music. It's less noticeable on music that is downloaded the phone. In the latter case, it's more like a CD skip (less than 1 second), but still audible. Tested on YouTube to confirm it wasn't just a Google Play Music issue, and the problem persists. My wife's iPhone works perfectly in the car with iTunes Radio.
I even updated my X5 firmware, but no resolution. C'mon Huawei, don't make my initial qualms about buying a 'junky' Chinese phone be true. Ian G Palmer, 6:48 น.
I just wanted to post to say that I'm having the exact same issue, even with audio downloaded to my phone (using Pocket Casts). Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. For those with much better technical know-how than myself, I wanted to ask: Do you think this is an issue with my phone, specifically? Should I look into getting the phone replaced? Or is it more likely a software issue?
I'm using a Graphite 64 GB Nexus 6P. Thanks, everyone. (ไม่รู้จัก) 5/12/2015, 7:55 น. Fredboulanger 7/12/2015, 14:19 น.
Ok, I guess my issues are app related as well. If I start the phone in safe mode, bluetooth works fine. I tried deleting some possible culprits that might be causing the issue: gotomeeting, webex, skype, TomTom GPS, but no luck so far. The only remaining 3rd party apps I have are: Amazon, Avis, Craigslist, Dropbox, Etrade, Genius Scan, Good, Instagram, LastPass, Linkedin, Xfinity Acct, Netflix, Pandora, PayPal, RemoteLink Onstar (no bluetooth features as far as I can tell), ROku, OOKLA Speedtest, Chive, Xfinity TV Remote, United, Symantec VIP, Walgreens, Yelp, YT Music. Is there any easy way to identify which use bluetooth? Do any stand out as the likely culprit? Starsat updates.
