E Howard Hunt Deathbed Confession Transcript

The real H — E Howard Hunt. In 2007, CIA operative E. Howard Hunt admitted to being part of a CIA assassination team to kill US President John F. This was significant for researchers and historians — confirming, for them, that the John F. Kennedy assassination did not happen as was reported by the mainstream media.
Opinion/Historical Perspective by Gary Revel Security guard, Frank Wills, thought something was amiss when he found that several locks in a Watergate building were taped back; It was June 17, 1972 and later he would tell the story of what happened that night. To summarize, he freed the locks from the tape and within an hour they were taped back again, so he called the police. Five men would be arrested and by morning it would become the cause of one of the most scandalous events of the last century. Eventually it would bring down a President of the United States and cast a suspicion over shadowy contract CIA types that still exist today. Hyster forklift parts manual free. The men had been arrested inside the Democratic National Committee's (DNC) office. They were Frank Sturgis, James McCord, Bernard Barker, Eugenio Martinez and Virgilio Gonzalez.
They were later indicted along with their supervisors E. Howard Hunt, and G. Gordon Liddy. In February of 1973 our United States Senators launched the Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities—the Watergate Committee. On March 28, 1973 the committee heard its first witness, James McCord, who had been President's Security Coordinator for the Committee to Re-elect the President. McCord let the cat out of the bag by naming Attorney General John Mitchell, John Dean, Jeb Magruder and Charles Colson as being in on the Watergate burglary.
Howard Hunt was a witness before the Senate Watergate Committee. He confirmed the burglary at the Watergate building but went even further. He told them that he had served as the first Chief of Covert Action for the Domestic Operations Division (another DOD?) of the CIA. This caused quite a clamor as the news hit the streets because the CIA's official and authorized mandate was to only do their work in foreign countries. It was illegal for them to do any intelligence or clandestine work inside the United States. That was all supposed to be the responsibility of the FBI. Since then we have learned of the association of one Richard Ober who was the liaison of the CIA with the and the FBI on these matters. Bsa spitfire serial numbers.
So the plausible denial was that the FBI was doing their job with a little help from brothers temporarily assigned from the CIA. Informants and Organized Crime Family assets were fair game as well. Hunt opened up again in a 1974 interview with the New York Times explaining how he ran that division for four years beginning in 1962, shortly after the failed Bay of Pigs fiasco. 'Many men connected with that failure were shunted into the new domestic unit.' Hunt had admitted. He confessed to using the division to subsidize and manipulate news and publishing organizations for the entire 4 years. The cover-up of the killing of Kennedy was very effectively dealt with by the use of this operation.
What he didn't go into was detail about how these same men were some that had been hurt badly by President John Kennedy's backing out of his promise to provide air support for the operation. We know JFK backed out of a promise because on March 2, 1963, President John F. Kennedy discusses his fear that a Senate investigating committee might make public the fact that he had authorized (that's a promise to those who were counting on him) CIA sponsored B-26 bombers waiting in Nicaragua and jets from the U.S. Aircraft carrier Essex to be launched for the assault.
The President was talking to his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy and two audio recordings of two different phone conversations detailing this have been released by National Security Archive. So we see now that this seemingly cowardly act of canceling the air support had caused the failure of the entire Bay of Pigs Operation. It also caused the deaths of many of the CIA's assets and valuable soldiers that were intending to free Cuba from Communism and Castro. One of the reasons that the fair-minded President John F. Kennedy may have demurred on going forth is that he was very much aware that all covert action on foreign soul was officially against a number of our international treaties with other countries. It's obvious our government is never going to allow the truth to be known. Many have asked me over the years about the CIA's involvement and I have often heard my CIA friends defend the CIA of accusations always saying that the CIA would have had nothing to do with any assassinations of JFK, MLK or RFK.
They say this offering the assurance that no official operation would have been authorized to lend any help at all to such an endeavor. However we know, from the CIA's own documented operational files, that the program to assassinate Castro was directed by Richard Bissell who was Allen Dulles appointment to the powerful position of Deputy Director of Plans for the CIA. Anti-Castro Cubans were trained and equipped by the CIA and turned into teams of assassins, supposedly, just for the Castro operation but maybe the contingency plans were only known by a few. Bissell would later explain how he used Mafia leaders to plan operations like assassinating Castro. It is possible that when President John F. Kennedy fired both CIA Director Allen Dulles and Deputy Director of Plans Richard Bissell for the set up and failure of the Bay of Pigs operation he may have changed the direction of the plans to assassinate Castro from Castro to himself.
