Hi, Let me introduce myself, for those of you who don't know me. I'm Thomas, administrator of Eovia3D.net, where you can download Amapi 6, for both PC and Macintosh. These two application have been tested after been online and have been tested again today.

Both of them downloaded fine and have any problem to install on PC (XP PRO SP2) and Mac (10.4 under classic 9.2) I think if you had any problems, it may come from an incomplete archive, due to a download problem. I checked the log, any disconnection from the last couple of week on the server.

Then, the problem may come from your side. The only problem wich happen on these files was about the Mac version, from a stuffit compression parameters and corrected a long time ago. Another problem can be happen on PC, but Stefan gave you the answer, it's a Windows problem. You also have to know that Eovia3D.net is my -personnal- website, and not Eovia one.

Thank you for your comprehension about these 'problems'. Hi, let me share some concern. Why I was annoyed to hear this. A) If I talk to friends or people who wants to dive into 3D I ask them what they want to do with 3D. When it fits to Eovia's software I told them - try it and buy it.

Because I think the software is great for special groups of users. Nice features, easy to use and a great renderer. What do you think if they make a download and nothing works proper? B) Thanks for your offer to contact you, in case if installation failed. But I think it has nothing to do with the domain, it depends on the file I downloaded. I can't believe that you offer a file for download that Eovia isn't knowning about. So, if you know there will be some issues with the installtion, why you don't give a short note on the download page - just a note!

C) When the issue is knowing there ist a MUST (in my opinion) to told this to the users. This is the way you can show them that the user is the most important 'thing'!

And you take care about the users. I'm really sorry when I talk in this hard way, but I'm feel really unhappy to see people say: WHAT KIND OF SOFTWARE IS THAT - I EVEN CAN'T INSTALL IT!! Im going that far to say that you still are my friend,there are no personal attacks against you(im not like shonner if you can remember) and no badmouthing. Hi Thomas, Hi Stef Ok, here are my 5 cents. First of all, you two seem to be nice, understanding and even intelligent people. So nothing against you nor against eovia.net. It's a fine thing for sure. But in this forum are some people who are frankly pissed of with Eovia software, people who invested lots of money just to change then to other products. Me, for example, I started with Amapi Designer 7, it was the only affordable tool I found to solve a certain problem for a customer.
